Art, Design & a Lifelong Love of Creativity

My journey with art began in childhood and continues today through painting, design and helping children discover their own creative possibilities.

Ria, Art Instructor

My interest in art began in childhood. I have always enjoyed exploring color, drawing, painting and different forms of creative expression.

My academic background is in Architecture and Interior Design, which deepened my appreciation for color, composition, proportion and visual design.

Over the years, art has remained an important part of my life. I enjoy bringing together my background in design and my passion for art to create meaningful, hands-on experiences for children.

Helping Children Bring Their Imagination to Life

One of the things I enjoy most about teaching art is seeing a child's idea develop into something they can hold, share and be proud of.

I love helping children bring their own vision to life while giving them the freedom to experiment with color, materials and different art techniques.

I believe art is a process of exploration. Children should have the opportunity to try something new, make choices and discover what works for them.

A mistake does not have to be the end of an artwork. It can become the beginning of something beautiful or lead to a completely new idea.

Even when something doesn't go as planned, there is always an opportunity to turn it into something beautiful or discover something new.

What I Hope Students Discover

My goal is to make art a positive experience where students can learn, experiment and develop confidence in their own creative ideas.

Explore

Discover different materials, techniques, colors and ways of creating.

Experiment

Try new ideas without worrying about making everything perfect.

Create

Turn imagination and personal ideas into artwork that feels uniquely their own.

Let's Create Something Together

I would be happy to discuss art enrichment opportunities and the 10-week school program.
